By accessing or using Rvick AI Studio (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, infringing, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise harmful. You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the platform or its underlying systems.
5. Content and Ownership
Content you generate using paid plans is yours to use commercially, subject to these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring your prompts and uploads do not infringe the rights of others.
6. Credits and Billing
Paid plans include a monthly allotment of generation credits. Unused credits do not roll over. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time, with access continuing until the end of your billing period.
7. Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at billing@rvickai.com.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, software, and branding, is owned by Rvick AI and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or proprietary technology.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated content will meet your requirements or be free from errors.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rvick AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rvick AI is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
